By using Pixovec, you accept these terms. This document is a sample; you should have a legal advisor review it before relying on it.
The service
Pixovec is a tool for converting images into vector and derivative formats. Core vectorizing runs in the user's browser.
Content and rights
You represent that you own the rights to the images you upload. The output you produce belongs to you. Uploading illegal or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
Credits and payments
Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Pack credits never expire; subscription credits renew monthly. Annual plans are paid upfront and their credits are added monthly; months already used (credited) on an annual subscription are not refunded, and an early cancellation refunds only the months that haven't started. Refunds are subject to the terms on the pricing page.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages.
