What does a credit do?: The vectorizing studio and file converter are free and unlimited. Other tools (background removal, AI upscale, magic eraser, OCR, subtitles, QR, favicons…) usually cost 1 credit per download; AI logo and AI photo cost depends on the model you pick. Previews are always free.
Do credits expire?: Credits bought in a pack never expire. Pro and Ultimate subscription credits renew every month and roll over; on the Starter Subscription, unused monthly credits reset at renewal.
Do you offer refunds?: Unused pack credits are refunded within 14 days of purchase.
What if I cancel an annual plan early?: Months already used on an annual subscription are not refunded. Annual plans are paid upfront and credits are added one month at a time; every month whose credits were added counts as used. If you cancel, the plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask for an early refund, only the months that haven't started yet are refunded (annual amount ÷ 12 × remaining months). After a refund, the remaining months' credits are not added.
