How to vectorize a logo
Turn a single PNG/JPG logo file into a scalable, editable SVG.
A logo that comes from a client or an old archive is usually raster (PNG/JPG) — put it on a sign, a promo item, or a large print and the edges turn pixelated. The fix is to vectorize it.
Steps
Upload the logo to the studio and pick the 'Logo / illustration' preset (optimized for few colors, sharp edges). Keep the color count close to the logo's actual color count (most logos use 2-6 colors) — an unnecessarily high count adds extra nodes and blurs edges.
Check the result
Use the before/after preview to confirm the edges stay faithful to the original logo. Fine-tune the sharpness/smoothness balance with the corner threshold and smoothing settings.
The output SVG opens directly in Figma, Illustrator, and on the web — no extra conversion needed, and the file size is usually much smaller than the original raster.
